1. Core Philosophy: Zero Retention

At highpriority.dev, we build tools that connect directly to your developer platforms without standing in the middle. We follow a strict Zero Data Retention architecture.

When you use our dashboard, client demo recording sync, or prioritization matrices, all data is processed entirely in your browser memory or passed through transient stateless proxies. We do not maintain any database of your work items, client comments, or ticket backlogs.

2. Information We Access

Our application connects to your Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) account using OAuth credentials. During an active session, the app reads and writes:

• Project and Board metadata
• Ticket descriptions, effort valuations, and assignee metadata
• Work item statuses (to render priority quadrants)

This information is requested dynamically and cache-buffered strictly in local memory. Once you close your browser tab or log out, all transient information is purged.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We run minimalist, privacy-focused, cookie-free telemetry to understand landing page traffic and subscription volumes. No cross-site tracking, identity fingerprinting, or profiling cookies are deployed.

4. Resend & Subscription Data

If you submit your email for early access or newsletter updates, your email address is transferred securely via TLS to our email delivery provider (Resend). We use this information solely to send you invitation links, cohort notifications, and newsletter content if opted-in. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link inside our emails.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect security improvements or structural updates. If significant changes occur, we will notify registered users via their provided email address.
