1. Cohort Beta Subscriptions

Under our early access agreement, highpriority.dev offers subscription billing cycles on a monthly basis. Payment operations are managed securely via our merchant processors.

We believe in creating high-quality, high-velocity tools. If our live-call backlog matrix prioritization system doesn't save your product team time during your initial sprint cycles, we want to make it right.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full **14-day money-back guarantee** for your initial cohort beta subscription. If you are unsatisfied with the platform for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

Refund requests after this 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g. platform uptime interruptions or integration service outages) and may be granted at our discretion as pro-rated account credits or direct refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to our support desk from your verified billing email address:

Please include your workspace identifier and a brief note about why the platform did not fit your workflow. We use this feedback directly to shape subsequent product iterations.

4. Processing Timelines

Once approved, refund transactions are processed immediately. The funds will return to your original payment method (credit card or digital wallet) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
