1. Beta Invitation & Cohort Onboarding

By subscribing or securing early access to highpriority.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service. This is an active beta software program designed for development teams, software agencies, and product managers.

Under our early access agreement, your team's beta subscription rate ($49/month) is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription and will not increase when the general retail pricing ($99/month) goes live.

2. Platform Access and Credentials

You access our application via Microsoft identity endpoints. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your developer credentials and OAuth scopes. highpriority.dev is not liable for unauthorized modifications to your Azure Boards or developer backlogs.

3. Appropriate Use

You agree not to deploy automated crawlers, request scrapers, or structural reverse-engineering scripts against our integration APIs. We reserve the right to suspend API proxy keys for teams sending anomalous quantities of pipeline requests.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

As a beta software platform, highpriority.dev is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain high uptime and flawless proxy relays, we do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall highpriority.dev or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, project delays, or business disruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
